    A couple if July fishing pucs

    Spent the weekend down at my wife's cousin's place on the Northern Neck and the boys were catching croakers all afternoon. We used a two-hook bottom rig with fake blood worms.

    Ha! That is some prime spot habitat, but those are croakers. I believe they're in teh Drum family and they croak just like a frog. That little one I back hooked like a minnow and threw him way out there hoping for a big bluefish or striper to come along. Unfortunately, no love...

    Those imitation blood worms are the slickest thing since a pocket on a t-shirt. The stuff is tough as nails, lasts in your tackle box forever and catches fish!
