    Well, I interviewed with three more people today, ending with the Director who had brought me in for the first interview. I talked to an Engineering guy with his hands full, and a Information Security Manager who really needs the cooperation of the network team I would be running. I think it went really well and this makes a total of 7 managers and execs Ive interviewed with over two different occasions and two different positions.

    They said I'd hear something from them next week. Until then, we fish!

    At a certain level, you gotta worry about an organizationt has that much trouble making a decision. But, I guess that's a worry for someone who has a job.

    They asked me to whiteboard some designs off the cuff today but I wouldn't let them generalize. I nailed their requirements down and asked for my budget
