Got this in an email so I'm a little suspicious of it. However it will be days before I'm near a real computer again and it tough to check this stuff out on limited service...
Sounds like crap but who knows.
Maybe Thumper can find out if this is real or not...

Sorta kinda figured that. Anytime I see "send this to everyone in your email list" I feel that way...
It IS a bit disturbing just knowing there is a "United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs" hopefully that has nothing to do with trying to do what that memo implies....
