    Perfect weather for hunting

    if you're hunting a dose of malaria or West Nile fever. 72 degrees, humidity about 11,000,000,000 % and drizzling rain. Skeeters big as turkey vultures are in a holding pattern over my stand. Uh-uh, not me, not today. It's been in the 40's and low 50's all week until today. We've had about 14 inches of rain in the last 2 1/2 weeks. The ole blunt tailed cottonmouths are mad and crawling because cool weather's close. Think I'll watch tv today.

    Southern Arkansas weather sucks.

    Man 70ish would have been like AC the week Conine was here. We dealt with 90's all that week. The Deers would not even MOVE... Lucky for us the fish was biting.

    Coyotes must love heat. We have millions. Well, we have two fewer than we did. I saw two getting carried off by 9 mosquitoes.

    Text from a guy at camp. He's there with his boys for the stupid "Private Land Special Doe Hunt"..........and seeing nothing. Hogs have knocked over a guy's feeder. Hogs are back. At least we'll have something to hunt this year. Rain here. Rain there. Here rain, there rain, Old McDonald loves mosquitoes.......EIEIO.

    80 yesterday. calling for lows in the mid-forties this morning.. got up little before daylight - looked at the thermometer... looked the thermometer again.. 35 degrees.. grass is crunchy.. almost makes a man feel like living.
    If you turn a dog loose to hunt – you’d better to be ready to deal with what he trees.

    Partly cloudy and 51f right now. Beautiful morning and looks like a beautiful week coming up - mid to high 40's at night and low 60's during the day. Sunny all week. I love this weather!

    Is that 51f in Canuckian F's or US F's or Celsenheit or Metric F's, or what?

    I get SO confused.

    f = fahrenheit - what you'all use
    c = celsius or centigrade - what the friggen Liberals decided we should use when they screwed up by converting the country to metric back in the early '70's, which I hated then and still hate today.

    I was never sure why the US gal was smaller than the Imperial gal, which we used before aforesaid switch.
