    Talk about rubbin' salt in my wounds...

    Some of y'all have have met my hunting buddy Big Jim. Well about 30 minutes ago he shot this one and just text me a picture.

    Now that's a muley looking old mossy tom of a buck. where I live, that'd be one for a lifetime. They have 'em in Kansas that will beat it but not here in Oklahoma very often.

    That about a 150" ya think?

    IDK Posthole, they just weighed it at 285. He is hunting in Wisconsin. Keep in mind Jim is a BIG feller.

    Must have shot that on a game preserve, WI deer season doesn't up until Nov. 23.

    My sisters BF owns a preserve here in MI. That would cost his clients somewhere in the $7500 range.

    That's about right Jerry. Last year Jim took two about like that and he was out about 10 grand. I'm sure that one was 5000 to 7500, after the score is when the pocketbook comes out.
