My two favorite teams are the UGA Dawgs, and whoever is playing Auburn.
Well, to be completely honest, the eagles/tigers is my third least favorite team----behind LSU and Tennessee.

I hope the 'Noles slay them!

This is actually a hard game to pick. I agree that FSU's schedule was a lot softer. But, they absolutely dominated everyone they played. If it comes down to defense, I like FSU. In a shoot out, I like Auburn.

Auburn wins when an eagle swoops down and grabs the football out of the air as FSU is going for the tying touchdown in the last second, giving Auburn the win.

Either that, or nine FSU players will have simultaneous, but not fatal, heart attacks and fall over, on the last play.

    Something along those lines.

Airbud, if Auburn plays like they did against Mizzou, its all over before the first quarter is over. I'm just not sure they can against FSU's defense. I've admittedly only seen FSU play once this year and that was Clempson (Terry Bradshaw spelling). I hate their schedule too, but I have a feeling theres some depth there.
It oughta be a good one.

Those who make a living betting, are betting FSU.

Damon Runyon said I ought to follow suit.

Should be a great game. FSU had a lucky schedule, and AU was just lucky.

Maybe they should call it The Shamrock Bowl.

One hour or so before kickoff....... Here's my synopsis, so you heard it here first.

If FSU's vaunted defense can stop Auburn, they win, maybe even big. If FSU can't stop Auburn any better than Alabama did, it's a shootout.......with ONE wild card caveat. I don't expect Auburn to stop FSU, but their defense is underrated, and plays under their capabilities. I think it's coaching. But I dunno. So the wild card is Auburn's defense too. If they stop FSU, and FSU stops Auburn, they'll be hollering tomorrow "BORING"..........and I have no idea who will win.

I think FSU will stop Auburn, and prevail.........and maybe make it look somewhat easy after a quarter. But........the above is my big 'IF'.

how's that for waffling? But I do think it's valid. We'll see in an hour or two.

That would be sweet. But I think it's a toss up and either teams game. We will know who shows up and who shows up to play in the first half....

i'm not sure but I think you just said whoever is able to score the most points will win. I agree wholeheartedly!

Eddie, I don't know enough about either one of these teams to bet. I'm takin FSU though.

Going back to what I said earlier. Looks like Florida showed up and Auburn showed up to play.
Florida might come out in the 2nd half and kick ass. But right now they getting their ass kicked!

I got no dog in this fight but couldn't the refs do a little better job? Multiple pass interference fouls went uncalled and they just missed an obvious face mask. Guess the SEC mafia really does control college football.

Looks like Florida is gonna make a game of it after all. They may come back and win but they got a ways to go to cover the point spread....
