I actually thought of this stuff this morning. We had frigid temps even before the official start of winter. Now this Once In Five Hundred Year Freeze.
I did read somewhere that some asshat was trying to say that the cold is a direct result of Global Warming. I think it's hot air, though.

Maybe Big Al got it wrong and we really are heading into the next ice age that the scientists predicted before he told them that Global Warming is where the money is.

In related news, the research ships that went to the Pole to prove that the ice cap is melting, got stuck in the ice that wasn't melting, and finally after a considerable effort, have broken free.

Saying global warming doesn't exist because of a cold front is about as dumb as saying it does exist because its hot in the summer.

I'm not sure, I ain't a scientist. But I don't think its measured by cold fronts in Oklahoma or Arkansas.
And speaking of polar ice, I just checked on a site where they measure that stuff and it's still way below the thirty year average. Just cause some ships got stuck doesn't mean the climate suddenly changed and they got caught in it.
