DANG, sounds a lot like boot camp....exactly what kids that age need....and, not just football players, either.
Bear Bryant was pretty successful with his training program, which was very similar.

Sounds like a man with a plan, I like all of it. Brown was like the favorite uncle and tried to be everbody's friend. I have a feeling that the change is really gonna hurt some of the older players.
