So I have a female student working on a painting of a pair of woman's eyes. She wants to have something reflected in the eyes, and kept pesting me of what she should paint in them. I prefer that students think for themselves so I finally just said: "I don't know, I don't think like a girl. You'll just have to come up with something yourself." So what does she do? She walks back to her desk a little exasperated, turns around, and asked the really feminine boy behind her what he thought she should paint. The fact she did it subconsciously kind'a cracked me up.
