In preparation for my oldest's high school graduation party I will be smoking butts tomorrow and reloading shot shells for this summer's trap league. Seasoned them up Wednesday evening so they should be ready to go. Got myself hungry just thinking about it.
We smoked some butts when I finished High School in the 70's too.

Sorry but no "after" pics since when I took them out after being in the smoker for 5.5 hours, they were wrapped in tinfoil and put into the oven for another 3 hours, and then went directly to the freezer so I have yet to see the finished project but I bet it is edible.
I don't have that kind of will power. One of those roasts would have been molested with great malice and home made carolina sauce.
