Man, I just can't wrap my head around this....

One of my nicest, friendliest, funniest school-mates that I ever knew, blew his day'um head off....he had decided to retire, and just sold his very successful insurance business, last week.

Don't have all the details, yet, but this sort of thing just baffles me.

Dang! Does he have family? I'm SURE he had insurance (duh), but I don't know if life insurance pays off in the case of suicide. That sucks on SO many levels. Ya' just never know from the outside looking in.

Sorry to hear this. Suicide is always sad and never easy to get one's mind around.

Sorry Eddie... it sucks big time. I still get really angry at my friend that did the same thing and it's been a long damn time.

If we all threw our problems in a pile, and you saw everyone else's problems-- you'd take yours back.
