    Sausage Day

Last Saturday we finally got around to making our deer sausage so I thought I would share a few pictures of the event. Due to some folks not getting tags & others not getting their deer we didn't make nearly as many pounds as usual but we do have some good eats from what we have sampled so far.

Here is the place where we cool the sausage down after it has been smoked, my dad's fish house.

That looks like a well managed operation. What's your job? Picture taker and sidewalk supervisor?

BBP - I am the field engineer/master director/filler-inner person. Would actually like to get more pictures but usually my hands are full of blood or meat of some sort so don't usually get any pics. These pics were caught between jobs.
