You can't pray for rain and then complain about when it comes.

You can kill two birds with one stone. Take a portable radio out on your crappie wagon and enjoy the racin' and the catchin'.

Co-9 it's 52 degrees and a cold rain. I think I'll leave the crappie alone for the rest of the day.
Maybe I'll get back on em later in the week.

That's NOT what a PRO Crappie fisherman would do!!!

But it IS what I'd do, for dang sure. I know, cause it's the same here, and here I sit.

I'm not a pro and don't want to be.... But I will say I've probably done caught about a hundred more this year than YOU! and I've only fish for them about 3 time this past week. Crappie don't want ME to turn pro.....

Is this the first time you've been this year?

Yep pretty much. Been rabbit hunting till the end of February. I was down at the SC farm one unusually warm day in mid January. late in the afternoon when I had finished working the cattle I went out to the lower pond for about 30 minutes on the gator and caught 6. Probably could have caught a bunch but it was late and I was tired.....

But you are ahead. No doubt.
