Gots any'o this stuff layin' around?

I was at an estate sale this morning and ran across an old can of Winchester gun oil (3/4 full) in the garage. I picked it up and just for grins, decided to check eBay. This can (which has a big dent btw) just sold last week for over $35.00! Dang, my can is close to pristine (no pics yet) and I got it for a quarter!

While digging around eBay, I found this ... it sold four days ago for $520.00!! Ya' gots any in your old cleaning kits?

Well, I just snapped a few quick pics. I think I can clean the can up a bit, but there are no dents,

Well, this is kind'a cool. I picked up an old ink well at a sale yesterday for 25-cents. ("smalls" are what turns my crank) I had no clue what it was worth, but for a quarter, I jumped on it. It's very ornate, but I'm not sure what the metal is. It looks like brass or bronze maybe? A magnet will not stick to it. Anyway, there is no name anywhere to be seen and I haven't been able to find anything like it on the web, so I started taking pics to throw it up on "The Bay" as an auction and let the collectors establish the value. (these things are highly collectible) As I was taking photos to list it, I spotted a small engraving that says, "Dec. 28, '97". I have to assume that's 1897 and it appears this thing has a birthday coming up in a few weeks. Pretty cool. No clue what it's worth or what it'll bring at auction, but I'm about to find out I suppose. My guess is, I'll at least get my quarter back!
