    Old Bay

Getting ready to slap a couple of big old Ahi steaks on the grill once it gets hot enough to smelt iron and I thought I'd give Old Bay Blackened spice a try. We'll see how it comes out!

I have used it with some Ono fillets and it was good, I prefer Ono to Ahi.

Where are you finding the Ono? That's one of our favorites too.

We blackened some tailor blues that we caught on a trip last summer, and used that old bay blackened. It ain't bad at all. Pretty good actually.

I need to go have lunch at White River. If I find out they have any I'll give you a shout and we can run down for some fried wonderfulness.

Old Bay blackening is pretty good. My go to is Chef Prudhomme's cajun blackening magic. That stuff is great. And it has a picture of a fat guy on it so that means it's really good.

The only Ono I got was Yoko ... but I had to wear a blindfold!
