Maybe it's the Viagra warning about, "Contact your physician, if you have an erection, lasting over four hours."
Looks like the girl might be scared of it, too.

I called my buddy back, and asked him, if he had replay on his tv, but he doesn't....it would be interesting to know what the commercial was all about....he said he was so shocked, he couldn't even remember, and just grabbed his iphone for the pic.
