    Good deal Sunny!! Looks like y'all may have found your "slice of heaven" this time. Sounds like a pretty good deal too!!!

    Maybe the door closing on that other deal you were telling us about was just what was needed to open the door to this deal.

    In land deals you send ONE offer, the most you are willing to pay.
    Playing games with trying to low ball will cause to loose the land every time.
