Sounds like things are falling into place and I'm glad to hear it.

Am thinking that you are going to have to take up hunting again though in order to keep the critters at bay.

We would triple our land value , when the market goes up.

That's a good deal, if you're willing to sell when your price is reached .

Wowzer Sunshine, sounds like y'all got in on the ground floor of a "gold mine"!!!
We are "only" on 45 acres down at "The Farm" and it feels like the world to us. I don't know how big of a hay field y'all will be getting, but I'll betcha the Cap'n could give you some good advice on crop-sharing (or whatever the term is nowadays) with the farmer.

How big of a "cliff"are you talking about down at the beach? Any way to get a four-wheeler machine down to the water? Now THAT would be cool!! Also, with that much land you could build one very nice shooting range out there!!!! OH--- the possibilities are enddlesssssss
My "disability" does not make me "disabled".

And just think, if she can shoot straight they'll never need store-bought meat again!

Remember, she can fish also .... all they'll need is a freezer.

Remember, she's in Washington and the complete west coast (Washington/Oregon/California) is pretty Liberal ... they may not even allow hunting there. What's the hunting situation in the area Sunny?

Sounds like a dream come true for y'all, and you'll spend years messing with it....... Glad for y'all!
