    Fishing Pamilco...

Got up at 3 this morning and drove out to the coast only to get into some serious storms.
Finally got out a few hours. Fishing bad slow.

A little butter, a little garlc, salt and pepper. A fire, and a pan. That'd be a great little dinner there.

Man, as a kid, I used to love GIGGING Flounder. I had a cool homemade rig ... an old car inner tube with a car battery and an old headlight that I had tied to a stick and hooked to my belt. It would just float on the surface ahead of me and I'd walk the shoreline and gig away! Simpler times, simpler days.

The size limit is 15 inches.
We caught probably around 25 yesterday but only 5 cut the mustard. 2 were 17 one was 18 and two 19.

Nice. What time dinner? I'm thinking stuffed with crab and broiled to perfection.

While I prefer grouper on a sandwich, flounders good as well. But, we're talking dinner here-not lunch.
