Ha ha ha! I swear .....

... you can sell ANYTHING on eBay!

I was at a sale over the weekend and was digging around in the shed in the back yard. I found a pitching horse shoe and put it aside. I soon found two more. Ok, I need ONE more and I'll have a set. I never did find the last shoe. Ok, if nothing else, it gave me a lot of leverage with the seller ... what good is a set of horse shoes with only 3 shoes? I got 'em for a buck. I figured, what the heck? Maybe somebody would have a set and lost one ... or two. Whatever. Anyway, I listed the rusty ol' things for $22.50 this afternoon and they sold already! Go figure.

Heck, I posted a rusty old hardware scale yesterday that I bought for $5.00 a couple weeks ago. I threw a listing up for $60 and it sold in a couple hours! (I like old rusty junk!)

Just sold this "$10" Griswold for $127.50!

I bought two for $10 ea. ... this one went for $110!

How 'bout $2 for an aluminum cornbread pan in the shape of Texas? Sold a couple'a days ago for $35.00.

Ha! Actually, some lady in California bought it.

I started to send it to my BIL in Houston (he's the cook in the family) and to him, if it ain't Texas, it ain't shit. But then I thought, "Heck, he has enough $$$ to buy the factory that made the dang thing!" That's when I decided I could better use the $35 myownfineself!
