Taking a few does out of the property will leave more food for deer to grow, but Im pretty sure you know that and making sure you have plenty of supplemental food. Or... Your killing your neighbors pet deer!!!!

Nandy, as you know the acorns on my place alone would carry 3 times the deer that come though it, not to mention all the food plots I put in, and thousands upon thousands of pounds my auto feeders throw out each year. One thing I've learned on the farm is when the acorns start calling you might as well cut the corn feeders off. Corn will stack up under the feeders for about a month. Then they will get back on the corn in late November through the winter.Originally Posted by Nandy
