    Not to stray off topic or anything... But if you take Centrum Silver you should definitely find something else to take. Years ago I had back problems and had to have lots of xrays done. The doc is looking at the film and said "you take an OTC vitamin, huh?" Me, thinking it caused some horrible backbone deformation.... no, he pointed to a blob in my intestines and said that they simply don't break down in your system. Most of the vitamins never make it in to your system before you shit them out.

    Just an FYI.
    If we all threw our problems in a pile, and you saw everyone else's problems-- you'd take yours back.

    Hmmm, don't know ... my doc just told me to take a daily vitamin supplement and that's what I usually get. I've seen some corn and peanuts from time to time, but never spotted a Centrum protruding from one'a my turds.
