Thumpernator keeps the official records which is sorta like putting the fox in charge of the hen-house.
Seems like the last time I paid for a couple of years of storage and domain fees. I always pay the domain fees as my part of the support. I will try to get to a real computer today and check to see when we need to pay up again.
I did send that information to Thump if he remembers or kept a copy of everything.

We're fine Arty, thanks for asking. I meant to post a copy of the ledger at the first of the year and totally forgot about it. I'll try to get one up asap.

I guess the company SD'er beat me by a coupl'a seconds with his post.

And yep ... I have all copies of expenses and donations ... isn't that what an unofficial ledger-keeping GH accountant is supposed to do?

Dang! I just looked in my wallet and all those bills look alike. I'm not sure which one's are mine and which one's belong to GH. We may have to start over with a clean slate for 2016. I'll try to mark the bills in some way to keep track this time.

I'm sure I would have made a note in the ledger. I'm closing a couple of eBay sales right now and will check when I get this wrapped up.

Cappy, I have a note that you paid that on 5/3/15, but I did not get a hard copy of the invoice. You texted a copy to me on my phone, but I dumped my old texts to free up some space a while back. I did write the amount/date down, but have a note that I could not print your text for some reason. Either operator ignorance or some sort of formatting problem, I don't remember. But I do have it noted in the ledger on 5/3/15. I'm not sure if that was the actual pay date or the date you sent the text. I would assume it's the effective (paid) date.

I just logged into my account and it appears the domains (the .com and the .info) are due in May and July this year. I'll cover those cost. image-4011947283.jpg It looks like as far as storage space we are good until July of next year (2017)image-3644103331.jpg

Okie-dokie ... let me know when it gets paid and I'll add the info to the Ledger. Our last major funds drive was when we collected for Bill Conine's flower spray for his funeral. Donations poured in and we actually had a $196.89 surplus which was added to the general fund.

I show the .com fee paid on 5/3/15 and the .info fee paid on 6/04/15. So that pretty much matches with the expiration dates above.

Yep, in fact Chix Dinner paid his lost bet debt to Eddie as a donation via PayPal. Just use my eMail addy for PayPal payment and they'll notify me of the deposit.

Cappy, I only log your .com fees as a donation (not the .info fees) since you own the domain name. That is how you wanted it set up, correct?

This is all a smokescreen. Thump sold us for $6.52 on EBay to a Thai Girls With Weiners slave trader.

    Pretty sure.

It don't matter. I own both domain names and will pay for the renewals for my part to the site.... If something happens to me my wife knows to get up with you, Barry, Arty or Chicken Dinner or Nandy to make sure one of y'all can take over ownership. Don't worry it don't require much of your time.

I'll enter both on the ledger as a donation just to keep track of expenses, renewal dates, etc.

I actually asked her one time of I died would she remarry. She said she was young and probably would. I asked her would she let her new husband use all my fishing gear and hunting rifles and she said Nah.... He's left handed.
