    Venison Recipe

I just had this come through on my email and am going to give it a try:

I've had that on beef, in Argentina by the way, and its pretty dang tasty. Not sure the stuff I had was made with cilantro though. That tater looks pretty dang good too!

That's what I was thinking. I've got some taters at home that now have a date with the BGE!

That does look good. I'll have to try it. I've seen the recipe for use with beef before but never tried it.

Yep ... we keep a jar of it in the fridge at all times for emergencies, but Lynn usually makes it fresh. One of the things we bring back from the salad bar at Texas de Brazil is a small bowl of Chimichurri ... then wait for the "sirloin gaucho" to walk by! Good stuff Maynard.

Yeah, I picked up a bunch of russetts at the store over the weekend and can't wait to cook those babies up. I did a batch of country style "ribs" in Jamaican jerk marinade (store bought) on the Egg this weekend. The marinade was okay, but didn't have enough bite. The meat was awesome though. So, picked up the fixin's to make it from scratch and a pack of chicken thighs.
