Click on the Folder Picker Icon amd select either Inbox or Sent Box. A list of messages will come up and you can either select all of them or you can select them message by message. When you're done selecting the ones you want, at the bottom of the page is an icon for Selected Messages. Click on that and it'll give you a list of actions to choose.

Do you see Folder Picker top right?
Not sure you can do it from the app.
I've got the folders on the top left. I think I'll have to get my laptop out.
