    Cliff is alive and well

Just received Cliff and Jens annual Christmas Card, boys doing well. World traveler this past year.
Nice pictures of them fishing in Alaska, then bumming around Australia together, and now he's down in Mexico.
    Sounds like they're having fun.
The older I get, the better I was. I also forget my password and have to have Len reset it for me

I miss his brevity and perspective... He's good people. Even though posthole almost killed him.

Some world traveler. Wouldn't drive two hours to come hunt pheasants with me and I *had* pheasants - lots. Wears funny hats.
If you turn a dog loose to hunt – you’d better to be ready to deal with what he trees.

Not my fault. I tried to tell him that those peppers drying in that bowl were the four hottest pepper species in the world. As I recall, his response was "i love hot peppers". Next thing I know we were hauling in beers to put out the fire and then after that all we saw were his feet sticking out the bathroom door.

I'll come hunt pheasants with you.

And it was his head sticking out, best I recall. It made Herb laugh, and Chad was plumb mean to him, just plumb mean.

Hey Rub - numbers are way down from that era but they are struggling back. I've shot a few limits this year.
