Worked a couple of hours on my pool. Technically I guess I did some lifting over 10 pounds, but my guts didn't fall out so I guess I'm healing.
Took off my shirt, got a little sun, skimmed all crepe blossums off the surface, cleaned the skimmers, backwashed, and swept the whole damn thing.
It feels good to reclaim my poolboy status.

Logged almost three hours of fairly physical work this morning out in the yard and garden. Felt good! A little sore and a lot tired. Four hours tomorrow.
I had no idea what almost four weeks on my ass would do to my body. Amazing.
I'm gonna be lifting in another two weeks I think.
