Things have really changed for me at work. Good news is I have four open positions on my team. Bad news is they ain't filled. Worse news is I have to manage 5 major IT Implementation projects from soup to nuts at the same time I manage my understaffed IT Infrastructure Team of 6 IT geeks (All good people), work them even harder and ask more of them....
All while working 14+ hour days.
So... that's why I ain't been around much.
If we all threw our problems in a pile, and you saw everyone else's problems-- you'd take yours back.
