As hard as it is to believe the one you are talking about (the one on the right side of the photo) is a girl...... There is NO way you would know it to look at her, no obvious figure traits and you certainly would not know it from watching her work. She carries those 80 bags of cement like they are empty and hauls those 20 foot long 2X8 rafters like they are made out of styrofoam! But when she speaks you know right away she is female....
