    Lock him up? For how long? "Get him out of society"??? How? For how long?

    He has the signs that everyone says we need to watch for. He made threats. He can get a weapon.

    Now what?

    Seriously, now what? Exactly, specifically, what would you do here if you could?

    And just for my curiosity, how did all this become public?

    At a minimum it should be illegal for him to purchase or posses firearms. And there needs to be hearing of some sort to determine if he should be committed. I don't give a blue fuck what his Mom says about him being harmless.

    We had a guy here in Rochester, actually Webster up the road form me set his house on fire then shoot 4 guys, one cop and 3 firemen.
