I've seen you posting about the Paleo diet... then I saw some other people.. now people I know that are prone to jumping on the latest fad diet are posting about it.

I went and poked around and tried to figure out what it is. Found some wiki stuff but you never know if that's true or not. What say you? Is "no grains" an over simplification?
