Might be my best photograph ever

If it's not my best photo it's right there with my top 3.

Every once in a while I get a little excited over how one my photographs turns out. In others words if I take enough photos once in a great while I get lucky. I'm pretty pleased with this one. Oh and btw, this fish is not on a line, he's totally free to go where ever he wants. I was just in the right place at the right time.

    Nice image!

I'd crank the blacks in a little bit more but that's just how I look at things.

My artistic take on that spectacular image.

Len did you just darken the image and increase the contrast a little? Do tell.

    Hank was correct

I usually open them as raw images and there's a slider to bring the blacks up. This one I just opened as a jpg with the "levels" dialog. There's three sliders for low to hi end exposure. Slid the middle one to darken the mids. I think I did tweak the contrast a hair just to make the splash pop a little bit more.
