The state, county and city should get together and give the guy about 250,000 bucks. And they would still be saving money on what it would cost to house, and keep the maggot up years.

This was in my hometown last weekend. Not a happy ending, although Paulette emptied her gun at him it didn't stop him. Some reports say she hit him nothing has been released on that yet. He wasn't as fortunate on the next attempt
